Tips for beauty

  • For skin toning, Take Keera Juice and carrot juice in equal ratios. Mix them well and apply it on face.Wash it after 15 mins. For best results apply it regularly.
  • For Dark spots, take small piece of cabbage and make it into paste. Apply that paste on dark spots. After 10 mins wash it. For best results apply it regularly.
  • For dark circles around eyes, take aloe veera oil and add potato paste in it.Apply that paste around the eyes & leave it for 15 mins& wash it with cold water.
  • 4. For dandruff and lice in hair, take custard apple seeds & make those seeds into fine powder. Mix that powder in coconut oil and apply that oil on Hair.
  • For acne problems, take neem leaves & tulasi leaves. Make it into paste and apply it on face. Wash it after 10 mins. For best results apply it regularly.
  • For dead skin, take wheat Atta & sugar. Make it into paste and massage on your body with that paste. It will remove dead skin.
  • For kracks on legs & hands, take glycerine, lemon juice & rose water. Mix them well & apply it on the krack. Apply it regulary, your skin becomes soft.
  • For face glow, take 1 tsp of curd, 1tsp of basin flour,  1 pinch of turmeric & 1 tsp of milk. Mix them well and apply it as a mask on your face.For stretch marks,take 1tsp of Basin(senagapindi),1 tsp of milk or fresh cream,1 pinch of turmeric & 1 tsp of egg white. Mix them well and apply on the stretch marks.
  • For face glow, 1tsp of Basin(senagapindi),1 pinch of turmeric, 1 tsp of milk & 1 tsp of lemon. Mix them well and apply it as a mask on your face.
  • For stretch marks,take 1tsp of aloe veera oil, 2 tsps of olive oil,1 capsule vitamin E& 2 capsules vitamin A oil.Mix them well & apply on the stretch marks

  • The creams containing cynatin, vitamin 'A' and alpha hydroxy acids should be used for reducing wrinkles.
  • Harmonal imbalance also causes wrinkles. So timely sleep, nutritional food intake must not be neglected.
  • The area around the mouth must be kept moisturized all the time. If it is dry then wrinkles and lines will come. 
  • Taking care not only from the outside but also from inside is important. The food we take and drinking plenty of water prevent wrinkles.

Tired, here are reasons

If you are feeling tired suddenly then these may be the reasons:

  1. Drinking less water, causes dehydration. Due to this lack of concentration will be experienced and hence results in tiredness. Then drink two glasses of water at that time.
  2. Cell phones may also lead to tiredness. They act on the sleep hormone resulting in less sleepy nights which results in tiredness. So don't keep the cell near while sleeping.
  3. Exercising is a good stress buster. But doing it quickly leads to stress. So give some relax in between, while exercising.
  4. Iron deficiency also leads to tiredness. Daily if we are  not  receiving the required amount of iron then it leads to low blood levels. So iron rich food  has to be taken daily.

Fair glowing Knees and Elbows

         How fair you may be, your elbows and knees are dark in colour and thickened gradually. For avoiding such condition..... try this.

  1. Rub elbows and knees with lemon and leave it for 15  minutes. After that soak a towel in warm water and rub all the lemon applied  thoroughly. 
  2. Likewise, add one table spoon lemon juice to one tea spoon coconut oil and rub this mixture on your joints and as said above remove the applied mixture with warm towel.
  3. Add walnut powder to coconut oil and applying regularly gives good results.

Kitchen Tips 4 u

  • Fill warm water in a bowl up to 3/4th level. Place the honey bottle in the warm water for 5 minutes. By doing this the hardened honey will get liquefied. After that keep the bottle at dry or warm place. 
  • Keeping garlic in the microwave for sometime makes it easy to remove the skin easily.
  • By rolling the tomatoes in a paper and refrigerating them, allows them to stay fresh for few days.
  • Cooking in ceramic dishes enhances the taste of the food.
  • To remove the smell of the onions and garlic on the hands after cutting them, rub your hands to a stainless steel bowl then it will absorb the smell.
  •  While cutting beetroot, carrot etc., keeping them in microwave will make their cleaning easy.
  • When the lime becomes dry and stiff, soak it in warm water for two or three minutes, so that extracting juice would be easy.


Few women sitting still for sometime will experience backache. If this is neglected at the initial stages later this would increase the problem. Hence, taking some precautions can avoid simple backache.
          In the office avoid sitting in a single posture for a longer time. Move side to side in the chair frequently. Make sure once in a while towards one or the other side otherwise backbone will get stressed at a single point, further this might lead to health problems.       

  1. People who frequently experience backache should avoid lifting weights above the level of the head. Additionally, never lift heavy weights beyond your capacity not even for fun.    
  2. Sleeping posture is also one reason for the back pain. If you are the person sleeping on the tummy stressed. Make sure you keep a thin soft pillow near your tummy.
  3. Vitamin ‘D’ deficiency can also lead to backache. Daily morning standing in the sun can provide required vitamin ‘D’. Fish, milk, soya, eggs also give vitamin ‘D’. Sit on the swiss ball for 20 minutes. Doing this back muscle become stronger. Reduces the chances of getting pain. Doing crunch exercises regularly can avoid 75% of the backache problems

Smooth with Coconut Oil:


1. Apply some coconut oil on the wet skin after bath for a smoother skin and avoid dryness of skin.

2. Coconut oil has lauric acid which protects us from bacteria and viruses. For scratches, rashes and itching skin try this simple tip. Take one bucket of warm water, add little coconut oil and bath.

3. Mix coconut oil and baking soda in equal portions, massage this mixture on your face. Later wash with warm water. This helps remove the dead cells by acting like a scrub.

To avoid dandruff massage some warm coconut oil before going to bed and wash it in the morning.
